I joined the Edwards Brothers Malloy team in 1995. After a while I came into the manufacturing plant and worked in bindery performing various duties. In late 1996 I began working in the office as a Customer Service Assistant and immediately knew that serving customers was my calling. After serving as an assistant for 3 years, I was promoted to Customer Service Representative in 1999, to Senior Customer Service Representative in 2004, and to Assistant Customer Service Supervisor in 2014. I am now the Customer Service Supervisor for North Carolina. My duties include maintaining workflow, process improvement, working with our sales department, and making sure we are delivering the best possible customer service to our customers. I look forward to serving you in the future.
